the place is clean with outstanding and neat room, and views over the ocean. thanks to very very helpful and wonderful staff. i would say that it has terrific service. you can use a private safe, a mini bar, and a sofa bed. the venue has marvellous and perfect setting super to travel around the peninsula.

We stayed at a building complex located in a peaceful spot close to Afitos, perfect for families. Spacious apartments with a small garden, and a beautiful pool with a bar. A 15-minute walk to the town center.

We had an amazing stay in Afytos just off garden, and the beach. It was perfect and quiet away from the nice town Afytos with stunning view over the ocean. There was a very clean pool and views over the ocean.

Kitchen equipment needs an upgrade.

Tidy and excellent rooms, everything was great.

The apartment was adjacent to Halkidiki-Liosi Beach, ver good equipped, and Chalkidiki, marvellous and ideal location overall. Also, it was based away from the nice town Afytos with stunning view over the ocean. I appreciated a walk-in shower.

Overall experience was RELAXING. Spacious accommodation with views over the ocean, liked it.

The value for money at Niovi Boutique was excellent, and the room was really nice and comfortable. The location was great, with a beautiful beach just a short drive away and a Lidl within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Vassilis, the boss. And I have to mention the lovely girl at the bar, she made our stay even more enjoyable!

The only thing that could make the food for breakfast better would be to have a wider variety of options.

The Niovi Boutique apartments were clean and well maintained - with daily housekeeping. The location was great - away from the hustle and bustle of town but close enough for a 15-minute walk. The pool area was a lovely addition, and the owner - Vasili - made sure everyone's needs were taken care of - even hosting BBQs and playing music for guests. a fantastic experience.

My recent stay at Niovi Boutique was absolutely lovely. The host and his wife were incredibly kind and hospitable, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even prepared a delicious breakfast for us to take on the road when we had to check out early. The house itself was spacious and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds that provided a great night's sleep. The location, although not right by the sea, offered a peaceful and picturesque atmosphere surrounded by beautiful sunflower fields. And the pool area was perfect for relaxing, with a bar serving refreshing drinks and ice cream. A supermarket was conveniently located just a short walk away. I can't wait to return to Niovi Boutique for another wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The convenience of a large supermarket just 150m away was mind-blowing. We felt completely at home and part of the family, thanks to the extraordinary host. The spacious and clean rooms with private breakfast terrace were jaw-dropping. The location, just a short walk from the city, allowed us to easily explore the area and enjoy the excellent food. The hospitality and service surpassed our expectations, and we loved spending time at the fabulous pool area. a super stay!
